Making comments and suggestions...

Hi there! I had to correct, make suggestions and comments on Kondakçiu's essay. I felt myself like a teacher during that process. I read each line of her essay and I tried not to glorify Kondakçiu, but to give her feedback because that is a great way of improvement. Her structure was organized in the correct way separated into paragraphs. Her ideas were clear and related with one another. It was a great process. I can't wait to correct, suggest and make comments on the essays of my students in the future. All the best! :)

Hi guys!

Hi there! This was the last week of presentations. All of us had the opportunity to teach a lesson. I feel glad that I was part of those presentations. I have learned a lot from my colleagues because I had the ability to identify which model of a teacher fits perfectly and which is a negative one, which qualities are positive for a teacher in order to manage the class and which qualities are negative in making the lesson boring. By identifying those qualities, I have created an exact frame of that best teacher.

I am able to identify the best teacher...

Hi guys! I have been part of many project presentations done by my classmates. They have to select a topic and then to act as real teachers. I have seen many different types of models of teaching presented by them and I have created that perfect teacher in my mind. Being part of their presentations has given me the opportunity to select which qualities a teacher should have and which should not, which character fits best for students and which does not. And for me, the best teacher is the one who has Fize's ability to make the class feel comfortable, Brixhilda's skill to articulate, Mikela's ability to explain and Arnisa's skill to make the class stop immediately if the teacher's situation with students is out of control. So, according to me, a mix of these skills makes the best teacher. Anyway, I haven't seen Kondakçiu's presentation yet, so, I can change my mind...

I really enjoyed the presentation of my colleagues and learned a lot...

Presentations aren't just done to be marked and that's all. There is more than that. We don't only practice ourselves by presenting our project, but others can learn by it as well. On Wednesday, two of my colleagues, Mikela and Brixhilda had to present their project. Their topic was about "idioms". I'm not good at idioms because I have found them difficult to memorize.  I always have thought like: "There is time to deal with idioms in the future, so I don't have to cry over spilled milk." Unwittingly, I used " to cry over spilled milk ". This idiom was unknown for me and I learned it by listening to the project of my colleagues. That's the main reason why I really like the part of the presentations because we learn a lot from each-other. All the best! :)
